I don’t say we would serve kids best by giving into emotional blackmail, but COME ON …
I’m hearing that we have kids with woefully inadequate coping skills. Never mind the polarising legislation, let’s first take a look at our current Mental Health/Emotional Crisis response techniques and supply. Let’s make sure that these kids survive to fight their own battles.
I have been busy for the past few months doing some revamping. Overall, I have been working at getting a better sense of myself as a poet. I identify as being “Not That Kind of Poet”, and letting that play out.
I will be publishing a new eBook in the next couple of weeks. (It is actually a revamp of my Canadian? Me? book). I have been working out some comic strip ideas. I am plugging away at a longer prose poetry epic. And I am working at a straight poetry book along the lines of Beat Poetry.
And I have been toying with various blogging and graphic stuff for the website.
